BFPT 1180 Topics in Craft Brewing

Topics in Craft Brewing fills a gap created by the removal of the BFPT 1170 Practicum course. This gap will be filled by teaching students relevant information about the brewing industry including legislative issues and hiring practices to better understand how to get started in the industry. We will also look at new and evolving trends that are currently impacting the brewing marketplace.
