International Services

International Services provides services that support the college’s non-immigrant, immigrant, student visa holder, exchange student and all other foreign born student populations through a wide variety of service functions. In addition the office provides intra-college services for international functions and global outreach.

International Services provides assistance with the admission process, special orientation, and visa regulatory responsibilities.

Visa regulatory responsibilities include issuance of I-20s, travel certifications, assistance with work permission applications, change of status requests, reinstatement to status and documents for dependants. The office handles SEVIS records and reporting for the college.

The office provides advisement on academic, financial issues, and cross-cultural adjustment. Advisement also includes health insurance options, social security numbers, obtaining driver’s licenses and tax information resources for non-residents.

International Services is involved in intra-college services which include global initiatives, Intensive English Program (Continuing Education), the college’s annual international festival, Hispanic outreach, study abroad, and International Club.
