Career Services
Career Services is responsible for helping students choose careers, develop resumes and cover letters, and assist with seeking employment. Career Services establishes relationships with employers who recruit on campus and conducts two career expos per year at Marietta and North Metro campus locations.
The primary purpose of the Career Services is to make available:
I. Current job listings for full-time and part-time jobs via an online eRecruiting system, SwoopLink Career Services Connection.
II. Career counseling and assessment.
III. Career and Skills Assessment Inventories including FOCUS and O*Net Interest Profiler.
IV. Individual assistance with developing cover letters and resumes.
V. Job interview preparation.
VI. Resume, interview, and job search related workshops.
VII. Career development resources and handouts.
VIII. Job market and salary information.
