Maximum Time Frame

Students who have attempted more than 150 percent of the published credits required for their program of study, are considered not meeting SAP.

Maximum time frame is 150 percent x total number of hours required to complete their degree program. Students must complete their respective program within the following number of attempted credits.

All courses including transfer courses, repeated courses, remedial courses, incomplete courses and withdrawn courses are included in this calculation. The maximum time frame criteria will be checked at the end of each term.

Example: The Criminal Justice Technology Associate of Applied Science Degree = 60 hours x 150 percent = 90 hours. Students would be required to complete this program within 90 attempted credit hours.
