Third Academic Suspension

A student who has been academically suspended for a third time will be considered for readmission after an absence of one calendar year from the end of the semester in which the third suspension occurred. After sitting out one year, and submitting an application for readmission, the student must contact one of the Academic Advising Coordinators to set up an appointment to complete an Academic Success Plan. This form must be completed in it's entirety and submitted to Student Affairs prior to the posted Student Affairs document deadline date. Delayed submission of appeal documentation will result in diminished registration opportunities.
