Transcript Requests

Students can request a copy of their official transcript by logging into their BannerWeb account or by completing the Transcript Request Form. Both options have a required fee.

Students will have two options of delivery:

• Escript: This is the electronic delivery of your transcript to another college or individual. All Escript transcripts are official. Click HERE to see a list of schools that can receive an Escript transcript.
• Mail: If the college isn’t on the Escript list or the student requests the transcript to be sent to an individual’s address, we will mail the transcript.

A $5 fee will be charged for each copy.

Transcripts cannot be issued to a student whose record indicates financial obligation to the college.
