Returned Checks

Chattahoochee Technical College accepts personal and business checks from students to pay for tuition and fees. Checks returned by the college's bank due to insufficient funds, closed accounts, or any other reason must be satisfied with cash, money order, cashier’s check, or credit/debit card. Habitual violators will be placed on a “cash only” restriction, and no further payments via check will be accepted by the college. A returned check fee will be assessed to the student's account in all cases of returned checks. That fee along with any balance due is the student's sole responsibility.
