Payment and Financial Aid Deadlines
Payment and financial aid deadlines are established for each registration period and are adhered to strictly. Payment in full and/or financial aid must be in place to cover a student’s total account balance.
Many of our classes fill quickly when registration opens. The college has three separate payment deadlines per semester to ensure that classes are filled with students who have secured their seats through payment.
At each deadline, students with unresolved balances will have their schedules purged (deleted). Students who are purged at deadline number three will not have a chance to re-register for the term. Students registering before the first deadline are subject to the first deadline. Students registering before the second deadline are subject to that specific deadline.
We expect that anyone who registers for classes also knows that he or she is being assessed tuition and/or fees for those classes. However, as a courtesy, Student Financial Services (SFS) bills early registrants with balances via U.S. mail. Leading up to each deadline, SFS notifies all registrants with balances via texts, automated phone calls, and emails. For these reasons, it's critically important that prospective students and enrolled students ensure contact information is up to date with the college's Record's Office.
The college’s official payment deadlines are published each semester in the college’s official academic calendar and on the Student Accounts Office page of the website. Please be cognizant of these deadlines as we understand you may have arranged your work/home schedules based on your class schedule.
