For Non-Degree-Seeking Students

Procedures for applicants to Chattahoochee Technical College who intend on enrolling in a select number of courses and are not seeking to complete a degree/diploma/certificate program:

  • Before the posted application and document deadline for the term desired for entry, submit an admissions packet, comprised of:

ALL ITEMS ABOVE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED SIMULTANEOUSLY.

  • Non-Degree-Seeking students must satisfy the College's admissions testing requirements. Non-Degree-Seeking applicants may submit transcripts from previous postsecondary institutions that demonstrate successful completion of English and/or math courses which exempt placement testing.
  • If no such courses exist, Non-Degree-Seeking applicants may submit SAT, PSAT, ACT, ACCUPLACER, ASSET, COMPASS, GED English and Math, or Georgia High School Graduation-English Language Arts test scores that are no more than 60 months old prior to the first day of the term for which the applicant has applied. If these scores are not available or do not meet the college’s minimum scores, applicants will be required to take the ACCUPLACER placement test.

NOTE: Documents sent to the College prior to submitting the application packet should be re-sent. CTC is not responsible for documents mailed prior to receipt of an admissions packet.
