International Services

International Services provides services that support the college’s non-immigrant, immigrant, student visa holder, exchange student and all other foreign born student populations through a wide variety of service functions. In addition provides intra-college services for international functions and global outreach.

International admission services include assistance with the admission process and an orientation to the college and visa regulatory responsibilities.

Visa advisement is provided to assist student visa holders with certain visa issues, procedures, and documents including the issuance of I-20s, travel certifications, work permission applications, change of status requests, reinstatements to status, documents for dependents and SEVIS record reporting.

International student advisor services include advisement on academic, financial issues, and cross-cultural adjustment. Advisement also includes insurance options, social security numbers, obtaining driver’s licenses and tax information resources for non-residents.

International Services is involved in intra-college services which include global initiatives, Intensive English Program (Continuing Education), the college’s annual international festival, Hispanic outreach, study abroad, and International Club.
